- AYAbigail YorkFeb 4, 20241.0Two different times we were unable to enjoy the full experience of Panera. 1. We went in to order then was told we couldn’t stay and dine in since there wasn’t enough staff? 2. Went to order through the drive thru and waited for a while until we decided to pull up since the speaker wasn’t working. When we pulled up we were unable to order since they closed the kitchen 15 minutes before closing. They did however offer Mac & cheese but everything else was not available. This Panera has really gone down and no longer an enjoyable place to eat.
