- LDLeah DurhamMay 28, 20161.0I have NEVER once had a correct order here. Today was my last visit. The manager is an ABSOLUTE jerk. He is rude and so is his staff. Don't dare tell anyone your order is wrong, because the staff here does not understand the concept of customer service. There is never an offer of resolution, just an argument. I can't wait for the self ordering machines. Drugs are bad, kids... The staff there are a prime example of what is wrong with this country. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Nothing is fresh, EVERY SINGLE THING IS PRE MADE, THE COOK ISN'T REALLY COOKING COME SEE FOR YOURSELF. THEY TAKE FOR EVER TO TAKE ORDERS BUT YOU FOOD IS INSTANTLY READY. WORST MC DONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. I THINK I'LL CONSIDER FOLLOWING UP WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I'LL POST SOME PICS TO HELP U AVOID THIS PLACE. Oh I had to edit to post, also there is knats at the soda fountains, I'll post a pic and flies in here. Hopefully they allow the pics.
