- DMDelmonica McFarlandApr 14, 20181.0The Customer Service was horrible...the Mgr Yesmi has poor management skills. She gave me my refund and put my money on the counter instead of in my hand.I will be contacting the owners of this location and corporate office in reference to this matter.
- LHLes HFeb 18, 20171.0Girl manager was too busy on her cell phone to help the obviously new employee at the cash reg. After checking her social media she final turns around to take an order (only 4 other people waiting while employee was having difficulties). Ordered a drink and a pie. Asked for an additional cup for ice. They charge you the price of a drink for a cup for ice. I said keep it and refund. Girl "manager" completely impersonal. No expression on her face the whole time. Guess we were an inconvenience to her being paid to work. Asked who the owner was. "It's on the receipt". You don't know the name of your owner? Points to the sign with the "complaint" # and email on it. She's a very rude individual. Lost a sale over a cup for ice. Ridiculous.this McDonald's gives the brand a bad rep. Sad!
