  Gentleman that took our order and payment was great! But the gentleman that gave me my food didn't even look my way just stuck the food out the window. Luckily I checked before pulling off because I was missing the fry from my meal. When I went inside to get the fry. A young lady asked me to hold on, no problem. I see another lady, possibly a manager, grab fries that had been sitting and threw them in a bag. Then walked up to the counter & asked if I was the one missing fries, then tossed the bag on the counter. No apologies or anything. THEN when I get home to eat, there were onions on my chicken sandwich, which after double checking the menu, this sandwich doesn't even come with onions!

  First the good. This location still has the soda fountains in the Lobby however that is where the good ends. They charge 40 cents for water which should be free. The place is also somewhat dirty but is passable. Food is delivered slow and lukewarm. They also have a habit of running out of items. No one was running the front counter instead you order from kiosks which is typical of a McDonalds these days which often malfunction and have been frequently ran out of paper for receipts. If've you have a desire for McDonalds go to the one in front of Gleannloch Farms the service is light years better than this one.

  She made me pay for sauce, but the white lady didn’t have to pay for sauce. She was being racist because you’re supposed to pay if you ask for the second sauce, not the first sauce.

  I would be very careful when getting chang to the drive through as this location carries counterfeit money and gives it out as well. They don't do anything to refund you with real money.They just let you keep the fake money they took 40.00 from me and when you tell them, let me bring back your fake money, they say, no cuz, we can't have it on the property, but they had it on the property. Cuz They gave it to me. Then, they want you to file police report over forty dollars.When no police officer is it going to take the time out of their day to do that? They should have their employees.Check the money and they shouldn't give fake money out.But they did that on purpose

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with this location Stopped by the Louetta McDonald’s drive-thru mainly for the Monopoly promotion, but my order didn’t include any stickers. When I asked about it, the staff member just shrugged and said they’d run out—no apology or notice beforehand. It’s frustrating when promotions aren’t honored or at least communicated clearly. Hoping management can address this and improve the customer experience.
