When I got to the window to pay, they did not have my order and I needed to place my order again. I commented that I had been in line for a long time and this was unsatisfactory after such a long wait. The gentleman taking payment responded "Calm down lady, everyone's waiting." So, after waiting an excessive amount of time and not having my order, I'm treated rudely?! Perhaps it's time to go back to customer service 101. There are other McDonald's and other fast food restaurants to choose from...my dollars will be making a different choice next time.
