Employees that work at this McDonald’s are not in a hurry to give you service. Watching them at the second window while I wait for my order to be processed. I see how they do one order at a time, starting at the drive up. The don’t answer your hello. I thought the speaker was broken. I told the first window girl “ I thought your speaker was broken” she replied I was taking the other cars order. There was no other car, I replied. It had driven off to the first window. What a strange McDonald’s. They got a star because you have to give a star to leave a review or they wouldn’t have gotten a star!

Out of all the McDonald's in the area this McDonald's has to be the worst. Management is unfriendly rude and have attitude issues i would go on about my experience but it would be to long. Also If I ever got fresh hot fries I'd go buy a lottery ticket. This place needs to do better.

I've only come to this McDonald's like 3 times and today. One of the chopped ahh employees on the morning shift at the first window ( with a jacket that's obviously way) was very rude to me. He seemed like he was in a rush to get me through that line. Even though that's literally his job, pretty disappointing. Low-key may never even eat at McDonald's again. #weareCharliekirk.#incrediblegassy

Took a long time to get two ice cream cones and a pie. They didn't bring it to us (I ordered table service and gave them the number of the table) and my husband had to go ask them for it. The pie was just sitting out on the counter waiting for an employee to bring it to us and was already cold when my husband got it, and they hadn't made the ice cream cones.
Playground is very small and doesn't even have a slide. Toddler area has only one spinning seat inside, which is very hard to spin... I wish McDonald's didn't redirect its focus away from making it fun for kids.

I normally order through the app, but for some reason both the app and the kiosk wouldn’t let me order, so ordering at the front was the only option. However, it took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge a customer at the counter who’s ready to order. (I have been to this location on 3 separate occasions and the the ordering process was the same as I’ve described earlier). The food came out correctly as ordered and was delicious, but straws and condiment packets weren’t provided at first with the food, and there wasn’t any straws in the straw bin by the soda fountain, which caused another several minutes of waiting to be acknowledged, even after trying to politely get their attention. The employees were not rude in any kind of way and they keep the restaurant very clean, but it feels like the running theme is either they try to avoid the front desk as much as they can, or they just don’t bother to make sure there are customers up front as frequently as the average customer would hope. This location would benefit a better overall dine-in experience for customers if they had someone focus on the front desk to for better customer service.
