When I opened the bag to check my order, I immediately noticed the oatmeal was completely watered down and not properly prepared. It wasn’t just runny, it was clearly uncooked. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she acted as if she didn’t understand what oatmeal is supposed to look like. She even stated that they simply pour water to the line and serve it, which explains why it was not cooked at all. When I explained that oatmeal needs to be cooked and this was not prepared correctly, she became upset rather than trying to fix the issue. I asked for a refund, and instead of apologizing or showing any concern, she told me to never come back. That level of customer service is unacceptable. This location clearly needs a new manager who actually cares, understands basic food preparation, and shows empathy toward customers. Based on the other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one experiencing problems here. I will gladly not be back. I would also like corporate to reach out to me. Thank you.

Highly recommended for families with small children.
