This has happened many many times as I used to work in the same Shopping Center. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went by this location today for dinner for my family and I. Only to get home and the food was cold, the chicken nuggets, fries were warm on top but cold underneath, the cheese didn't even melt, patty was cold and just overall a disappointment. Had to use microwave to heat up food for anxious little ones. The other locations near us are more on point, but further out and usually have long lines. This was literally my last time going to this location and now have to make a further drive through traffic.

Rather than giving me the creamer containers as requested, they choose how much sugar and creamer my coffee was allowed to have. Didn't want to give me a drink carrier. Whole experience was regrettable, honestly.
