    I typically do not post reviews unless it’s a positive experience, so I hate to have to post one like this, especially after Christmas. I totally understand establishments or locations closing on Christmas, however I think it is important that hours are properly communicated and posted so we are aware. On Christmas my husband and I wanted to grab some food late at night, and not that it’s very important but I am pregnant and many foods are hard to keep down so I decided McDonald’s would be an easy choice. I triple checked that this location was open online, and was even able to place a mobile order through the app. There were many cars in the drive thru which led us to believe it was open, however after around 30 minutes (there were a LOT of cars before so we figured it would take a while) of waiting for our curbside order we tried going through the drive thru and figured out that no one was inside despite all the lights being on. Mind you, many cars were still circling the McDonalds and I figured they were in the same boat. The app took our money after we placed the order so I tried calling the location the next day to see if a refund was possible, I believe I spoke to the manager who was rude and just kept repeating that we would get our money back in 3-5 business days since the location was closed. Not sure how to confirm this since there’s no receipt or confirmation, but I guess we will just have to wait and see. Overall not a fun experience and even though I would totally understand being closed on Christmas, I don’t believe this location was open about their hours and their practice is very questionable. Very disappointing :(

    They serve the food too cold and they pay more attention to drive through than the front customers. Ordered some ice creams and they keep postponing my order until I raised my voice at them. The tables were all dirty.

    I came in trying to use my rewards points like I always do and was told I couldn't make any changes to my selection like simply removing a egg off a breakfast sandwich.very annoying and then it takes 20-30min for you through the drive thru line dont go here if you want to grab a quick breakfast before work but I've visited this location plenty of times it only happens when that short hair manager is there

    I go to other McDonalds locations almost daily now because I’m traveling and away from home. This particular McDonalds started off poorly by not taking my order in lane 2, so after not getting a response in lane 2, I went to lane 1. I told the attendant no one was responding on lane 2 and she didn’t apologize, but said there was only one person working the lanes. Then, I gave my app code and she somehow loaded half the order and acted confused, asking me what was in my order and doubling items on the screen. I told her my app code again and that her screen order was incorrect and she bluntly told me to proceed to the first window where she (or someone) just handed me my receipt. The receipt looked correct and had my name on it, so I went to window 2. The order was ready very quickly, but there were no napkins in my bag and one of the nuggets was teeny tiny and slightly overcooked. I didn’t want to have deal with the drive though again and didn’t have time, so I just left.
