It is unprofessional for a customer to arrive and sit at the drive thru about 5 minutes researching if you are open because no one responds. The employee only responded because the customer is asking for assistance. It’s like the employee is forced to respond. The employee is bothered if you have a code and tells you to provide the code at the window which modifies your order, then they get upset. The employee also gets bothered because customers leave, of course they will leave if you are ignoring them.

I placed my order to dine in, took the little table sign and sat down. I waited for my food to be served, like the way it's at every McDonald's I've been to. Apparently they have a different use for the sign at this particular restaurant. My food never came until I got up to ask for it. Other people would complaint while I was sitting eating my food, and these two ladies (maybe men) were mumbling after the customers exit the place. No customer service at all. Not sure why they hold a management position if they're not customer service focused. They need to go !!
