The burger was cooked well and the fries were good. I like the MAD sauce and Thai ketchup but not enough to give them another try. Although I took my food home there were a few tables to sit and eat but the food truck is at a gas station so parking my be a little difficult at times.

Definitely going above and beyond, they didn't have to do that. Mad Dog is my favorite and the fries tasted fresh and well seasoned. Even had a good batter on them. One thing I will say is this place definitelt doesnt skimp out on the toppings / chili, cheese, crispy onions, etc. Commar the manager was friendly when I came back and showed me how they changed from the cheese sauce that I was allergic to, to fresh cheese. I can't wait to come back and try it. Commar also asked me for suggestions to make the chili better for the dog. Definitely can appreciate the willingness to go above and beyond from both the owner and the manager at this location. Have tried this place twice, first time food was decent but had a overwhelming burnt/old oil taste. Decided to try it again with a friend and spent $55 for 3 chili dogs, a mad dog, chili fries and regular fries.... long story short, I never got my French fries.. The mad dog was good and I didn't taste the oil like last time but kind of upsetting not to get my full order with how expensive this truck is. Chili cheese dog is kind of bland.. picky eaters beware, chili has onions in it They used a cheese sauce but has since changed it to real cheese!
