The lady was rude from the speaker box all the way to the drive through window. Was rude about me not having 3 digit code for my rewards I told her I’ve never done that instead of directing me to it she just got frustrated that she had to type in my number. Not good to be that snappy so early to your morning customers., UPDATE: went back and had a great experience with a worker named Natalie she greeted nicely, took our order and was polite just overall good service. I will change my 1 star review for her :)

She said that they only use boxes for 12 or more items. I even offer I will pay for the extra boxs. She said I don't have a way to charge a box.
