    My first time visiting Jimmy John's and I was extremely impressed. I parked and placed an pick-up order. They were extremely quick. As soon as I walked in, the young man greeted me with a warm smile. He was very courteous. As I was leaving, the young lady acknowledged me and was very sweet. The sandwich was awesome. Very fresh and made perfect! I'll for sure be back. A big thank you to the two that was so nice to me!

    Do not order delivery from this location!! Your order will be delivered by Uber, despite ordering directly through Jimmy John’s, and Uber will never deliver your order. Jimmy John’s says we have to handle it with Uber. When you try to contact Uber for support, there is no order history because the order was placed through Jimmy John’s. Never received the food. This store’s manager who I am told is Malia Francis says we have to handle it through Uber, which is legitimately impossible as Uber does not allow it. Very disappointing and a poor choice to allow third party services deliver when I am choosing to order directly from the restaurant.

    It’s so disappointing that I’m having you use Uber to deliver my food without knowing. I use order Jimmy John’s because their in house employees have always found my location without getting lost. I’m in a set of condominiums that door dashers and uber drivers have a hard time locating our building and suite. I don’t care to continue to order here anymore if I am just going to have to deal with the communication barrier and hassle of driving to give directions to our building when I others did not have to and do not have to when it is an in house delivery driver employed with Jimmy John’s…

    There is absolutely no air conditioning at this location, it’s pretty inhumane to have these workers working in these conditions. A portable ac or something should be purchased until the issue is fixed. The owner of this location should be ashamed to put these workers through this. It’s hotter inside than outside, mind you it’s almost 100 degree's outside. Hopefully it’s fixed soon!

    The staff at this location is incredibly friendly and efficient. However, I’m giving it only one star for the atmosphere. It’s currently 98 degrees outside, and they have no air conditioning in this location. It’s unbearable for anyone to work in such extreme heat. The temperature inside should be at least 135 degrees.
