I usually try to use coupons and they only work maybe 40% of the time, even after considering the limitations on the products discounted. Paper coupons often don't scan in properly, so I'll switch to the app and use digital coupons, and they STILL don't apply sometimes. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth even after a good shopping experience.
