This was my first time to ever contact a store manager and it was honestly one of the best experiences with having an issue resolved. In all reality it was an "oversight" on my behalf but Eric the store manager still wanted to credit me when I honestly overlooked the pricing. Eric still told me to come into the store and he'd be happy to credit me on the other items. Im not that type of person "seeking" for a reimbursement especially when they were not at fault! Eric.... thank you sir for the opportunity to talk with you and you going over and above! I will not be coming for the credit but I will come in to shake your hand and thank you personally!
