They have a nice gas station, with a car wash, vacuums and even a payphone! The car wash is the drive through style, where you can pay for it at the pump or simply drive up and pay.

I am finally done with this store. I have been going here for 11 years and have watched the customer service decline steadily for years. Staff cuts you off while stocking or personel shopping. Staff does not help when asked or rolls their eyes when request something from the deli. Today I brought to the manager attention being treated poorly and they gave a half hearted sorry. Well I guess it is time to move on. It is bad enough at this location I will go deal with Kroger employees. They have been getting a little better over the last year. HEB used to be a staple in Houston with the best customer service. I am not sure if it is corporate, Local leadership or just bad employees but I am done.

The entrances on spring cypress is god awful, they fill it with CHEAP rocks and gravel so if someone in front of you takes off quickly guess where those rocks and gravel is landing on? YOU. I think how all the times they've spent filling it with gravel they can just spend real money to fill those damn holes up
