I’m really disappointed with the service I received from Clarissa. She literally threw my groceries around while bagging them, and several items ended up dented and damaged. It looked like she was in a rush and didn’t care at all about handling things properly. I spend good money on my groceries and expect basic care, not someone tossing them like they’re trash. Definitely not the kind of service I should be getting, and I hope management addresses this. I won’t be going back .On top of that she forgot to hand the groceries to the previous lady and try to charge me for them.

I feel like walking into a looney trap this morning. My mom was trying to send money abroad via Western Union and I was there to help her. The big woman on the counter suddenly decided to cancel the process because according to her we are doing an illegal transaction. The rule is that the sender should be left alone and aiding her would be a scam. So I told her that we can start over and let my mom do it by herself, but she refused us the service. Then I had a lengthy talk with her manager. She explained to me that the main reason for them being strict is due to the fact that the government mandates them to restrict money transactions. Yes, it doesn't sound right. So I called Western Union and talked to an agent. She said that it is permitted to help a parent during the process, it is called third party resource. And she also said that there is NO government mandates to restrict financial transactions. HEB admin please talk to the employees involved and reset them on the right track. I still give a 4 star because the other employees are fair and helpful.

This place is awesome! The manager Miss Adriana is a saint. Of course like a typical dad I left something in the truck to waste on the night before my daughter was coming in from out-of-town. I was barely going to make it there in time and I called and spoke to her she went out of her way to make sure I was going to be able to get in and get what I needed. I did get in and get out quickly before running into her. So she called me back on my way home to make sure I made it before locking the doors. It's customer service like this that makes a difference.

I've been doing business with H-E-B for 10 years using their pharmacy. Today I could not pick up my medicine because my car is broken so I called over there and I pay for the delivery. I waited all day and no delivery And they told me that the person that delivered it delivered it and I told them no the person never came and then they checked. And it wasn't in the store the pharmacy so the person that there's a person that has my medicine and then they told me that I wouldn't receive it till the next day if he came back with the medicine and then I was like I want my medicine they couldn't tell me why it wasn't delivered and they couldn't get over the person that that was supposed to deliver it, the medicine was not back at the store so then I panic because that's blood thinners and I might have a stroke if I miss my dose. So then when I called back to find out a lady answered the phone and the medicine still wasn't there and then she raised her voice and told me to watch my tone and I told her she need to watch her tone cause I want my medicine and she hung up in my face

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent poor customer service experience at your H-E-B store located at 2121 FM 2920, Spring, TX on October 26, 2025, around 6:25 p.m. On October 21, 2025, I purchased four bags of Organic Broccoli from the H-E-B at 7310 Louetta Rd, Spring, TX 77379. The broccoli was marked with an expiration date of October 29, 2025. However, when I removed the bags from my refrigerator on October 26, I noticed they were browning, mushy, and going bad well before the expiration date.Let me add, I spent over $300 on groceries at HEB this day. Which is normal for me to spend every week at HEB. Because the FM 2920 location was the closest store to me at the time with lighter traffic, I went there to return the items. The Customer Service desk was closed, so I went to a regular checkout lane. The cashier began processing my return using my original receipt, but when I informed her that I had paid using a virtual card through Zip Pay and did not have the physical card, she called for assistance. A supervisor came and stated that they could not process the return because the items were non-perishable and I needed to return them to the original store of purchase. I asked to speak with the manager, and Manager Celeste came to the register. She repeated the same response, saying the items were non-perishable and must be returned to the Louetta location. I explained that: The broccoli was clearly perishable, I had both the receipt and unopened items in hand, The Louetta location was farther away, and This was a small return (under $20). Despite this, no one offered any reasonable solution or flexibility. I was left feeling very frustrated and disappointed by the lack of customer care or problem-solving effort from the employees involved. I have always appreciated H-E-B for its quality and service, but this experience was the opposite. I hope this issue can be addressed so other customers do not face similar treatment for something that could have been easily resolved. Please advise how I can receive a refund for the spoiled broccoli I purchased and how this situation will be addressed with the staff involved. Thank you for your attention to this matter
