Very clean and the employees are always busy. They may even polish the floor, it looks so shiny.

I order a birthday cake every year for January 4th, for my daughter’s birthday. I always pick up the cake and feel extremely satisfied because they nailed it. I’m very clear about what I want because is always the same flavors (raspberry filling, strawberry icing) and I was trying to highlight the importance of the pink icing. This icing is already flavored and colored because that’s the one we love. I also asked what would be aprox the final price (for a 10” cake is about 32usd). She said it wouldn’t change much since we are not ordering a complicated design. It was literally a beige edge and a number 19 in the center. Well…I’m so disappointed, it was not a bad cake, but the icing was totally different, it was strawberry flavored but not the original that we always get, lighter pink, and more pastel color. Thin filling, and on top of that…the cake was ALMOST 50 usd!! I could get a “nothing bunt cake” with that. It’s a shame they change the staff at bakery I believe, and the part that bothers me is that I was persistent about saying the kind of icing we like, and the attendant seemed she got it. Anyway, I’ll find an other option for next year :( **first pic is the cake we get 2024, we ad the guitar. **second pic is 2025’s cake. **third pic is this year cake)

It's an HEB, it is 5 stars unless there is something wrong with it which I would note.

Much better than the other Spring HEBs. This layout makes shopping a lot easier and the shoppers are more pleasant to be around. The other location off Louetta not only has shockingly bad produce (lots of mold and obviously old), the layout is hard to navigate and it is a pretty chaotic grid. The Gosling location is a lot cleaner but they really should do what other HEBs do and bring their carts into an indoor bay like other HEBs and Market Streets do. A lot of them are in pretty rough shape and it makes the shopping experience feel cheap. I don't enjoy putting the food I feed my family into a gross shopping cart and then paying almost $300 for that experience. HEB can definitely afford to do better, especially at their nicer neighborhood stores. Aside from the condition of the carts, I was happier at this store.

I HATE THEIR ENTRANCE ! especially if you're coming by spring cypress road. They won't pour concrete to fill up the holes they have on the entrances they just keep filling it with gravel and pebbles. Any time it rains, or someone is leaving it flings up dirt and rocks on your car. It's a simple fix, pour concrete to fill those holes... I hate coming here because of those terrible entrances, when it rains all the rocks and pebbles get pulled into the road. This is a HAZARD. Please heb if you see this!! YOU NEED TO FIX IT!!! It has been a whole year. Other wise. Curbside service is amazing.
