This location has had pretty much the same staff since it’s opened and is one of the best locations that I’ve ever been to, I happily coming here at least once a week if not more. Every drink I’ve ever ordered has been correct and I know if they made a mistake, they were prompt to fix it- even if I couldn’t make it back until after work. They are exceptionally busy and manage the lines very well. There is an occasional wait, but that’s to be expected because of how convenient it is to get in and out of this location. Your lack of planning and desperation for coffee rather than making their own, and then blaming the location for their tardiness to work does not fault the location it faults the person. The staff has always greeted me kindly and on the occasion I’ve been having a rough day, they’ve always had a kind word to help things. They always offer their stickers and have music playing to keep things light and energetic. I could keep going with the nice things that are true about this location, but I’ll stop here. You other people need to get a grip and ease up. ✌🏻

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
