The specialty drinks like the mochas are delicious but that's because I discovered they use chocolate milk instead of white milk. (Check them calories if you drink these regularly). It's addictive. Their milkshakes on the other hand are a HARD pass. They are like slush and are way too sweet. We haven't enjoyed any bakery item we've gotten from there. We stick with mochas and that's all I can speak on.

Her name was either Ellie or Ella- she is a true gem! So respectful and her smile just lit up my evening. I have been a die hard Starbucks customer, but after last night the customer service is so much better at Dutch Bros. And I never thought I would admit this but my iced coffee was so much better here. I love all the recommendations they give. There was another employee working and she was just as friendly! Great experience!
- SCShani CoxDec 17, 20254.0girl with black hair taking orders in the drive through was really nice and so was the guy with glasses standing by the window handing out drinks. whoever actually made the drink, however, is what i’m writing to complain about. the drink itself is great, but they wrote, “jesus loves you” on our cup. we’re not practicing christians. you shouldn’t write things like this, as people hold different religious beliefs. it’s also why you shouldn’t wish people “merry christmas”, but “happy holidays”. please talk to your baristas about this.
- JSJulieta SamaniegoDec 11, 20253.0Normally I have a good experience with this location, however this morning I placed an order to be ready at 8:30 am and I arrived at 9 am to pick up and the window and there was only one person waiting. I tell them I was here to pick and and this girl is pretty much walking around not handing me my order, after about 4 minutes I get my sandwiches but I am STILL waiting on my drink that I saw in her hand already. I finally got the rest of my order but had to wait 8 minutes for it all when I ordered 30 minutes in advance to not have this issue. I would be more understanding if the traffic was busy but it was not, they had like 5 or 6 employees inside. I used to be a barista so I understand things happen but this was extremely frustrating to just be standing around and be late for work when I planned ahead.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
