Marcy took care of me with warm smile and excellent customer service. She even offered me a stopper without me asking! The hazelnut coffee was delicious. I watched her make it fresh. My nitro camping cold brew with oatmeal always taste the same here so I think they do great training on quality control at this location. Very reliable in those terms. It seems the locals dont understand the double drive-thru and kick up a little fuss when you "skip" in line by using the second lane 🙄 no stars deducted bc thats not the stores fault. Great location to visit!
- KMKeith McKayDec 18, 20251.0Would post lower than one star if possible. Choose to stay in the one line rather than the empty 2nd line out of courtesy to the people in line already in line 1. After a wait and other cars getting in line behind me someone pulls to the front of line 2 and is immediately helped. When I later informed the employee how there were some of us waiting longer she laughed at me and told me they had a zigzag policy. When I told that that still didn’t seem right to people patiently waiting she gave a less than half hearted sorry and laughed. When I told her I didn’t appreciate her apology with the laugh she just continued to say sorry and keep laughing. My wife and I used to visit often. We won’t be back with this policy in effect and this uncaring customer service.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
