Every time I order here I usually get a medium and its never filled, there’s always a huge gap of missing coffee when I said something about it I got gas lit to that’s how it comes but had never had this issue with any other Dunkin’ or coffee place I’m general and so I just took the loss for the convenience, this time I really needed the extra fuel so I ordered a large and this is what they tried to give me I usually keep quiet but like I said I really needed that extra fuel and I thought it was honestly ridiculous how much coffee was missing from my cup I just got gas lit again and was told “that’s how it comes” ordered a cookie butter shakin espresso and let’s just say there was no kind of cookie butter whatsoever and was just bitter :(

- LTLILIA TINONov 25, 20251.0Usually when I come it’s during the evening and I never had a bad experience with the workers, it’s usually a young Hispanic girl and a Blonde man. But last week Thursday 11/20 I changed my routine & went during the morning. I had the worst experience and had the rudest interaction with the “manager” apparently her name is Brenda but I asked the store next door and they commented that her actual name is Nancy. The other young lady who I think said her name was Alice was very apologetic and sweet but I sincerely hope that “Brenda” learns how to treat her costumers and staff better!!!! She was very rude and unwelcoming…..I seriously feel bad for the workers.
