    Unacceptable, I asked in the app to knock on the door and hand it to me, this is very disrespectful! I called the store and the magager was worse that the delivery person who did this, I'll never order from this store again.

    I am very disappointed the way I was treated after ordering on the phone and got my order wrong I went in and they just made me stand at the window for 25 minutes only to tell me they can’t make my order right. The boy in here looks high on something talking to me with no respect because I’m black and laughing in my face like it’s a joke. I will never order there again

    Upon placing an order online it would not allow me to use points for a drink. I called the store spoke to Sophia she said she was a Mgr. Who would not help other than saying I can call corporate.
