I go up to the store to get answers about what’s really happening, and I get wildly unprofessional attitudes from various employees I’m not even talking to while trying to get answers about what’s happening from a specific employee who was helping me. I criticized their unprofessionalism, and was then heckled by various employees including one who threatened to cancel my order as I was walking out. Won’t make the mistake of ordering from here again. The only person who ever even said sorry, was the delivery driver who showed up 3 hours after I ordered my food. I would be ashamed if I owned this franchise. Complete failure of ownership and management to have employees who know how to act like professionals and help a customer who was having an issue.
