It creates an uncomfortable dinning experience. This spot has plenty of indoor seating and also has several tables outdoors as well.

I work down the street and for the last year I've never gotten fully cooked rice. Its kinda insane how that can be done that often. Crunchy and gross every time. Luckly its free from my company. Carne Asada meat on my food = beef jerky
