Then the beans were so watery and had zero salt. Not a good location that’s for sure. I ordered for pick up and still had to wait in the drive thru over 10 mins past pickup time. So if the quesadilla was made right then and there how was it burnt? Idk. Make it make sense. Not going back to this location.

No staff member acknowledged me or attempted to address the delay. One employee was working hard while others appeared disengaged. That reflects a management and training issue, not an individual employee problem. This location serves The Woodlands community and has the potential to operate at a much higher standard. I hope ownership takes a closer look at staffing and closing procedures.
