They literally barely give you rice, meat, etc. and this is why I won’t be coming to this chipotle ever again. Other chipotles don’t do this.

I stopped eating at all Chipotle locations years ago after the whole ecoli outbreak, but being in Texas there aren't many choice for "healthier" food options so we decided to try it again. Huge mistake! The employees are clueless, can barely speak English and dont even know what they are serving. We asked what the rice options are and she told us just regular rice but it was brown. I then asked if the chicken is breast or thigh, no one had any idea. They then guess breast but it was thigh. Maybe management needs to educate their employees on what they serve. In addition, we got a bag of chips which were completely stale. Went back to get another bag, not any better. This was a huge reminder not to come eat at any Chipotle. The place was empty but tables and floors were dirty. Just not a good experience at all.

I ordered a bowl with half Carne Asada, half steak extra white rice, extra pinto beans light tomato and cheese When I picked up the order and brought it home, the bowl was half empty. It looks like they hand counted how many beans they put in there and hand counter how many pieces of Steak to put into the bowl.

The food is literally always cold tried to complain to the manager tonight when I went in about 2 unsatisfactory mobile orders. She just gave me a cyst service number. Let’s me know they do not keep the food at the recommended temp to prevent bacteria. Needs to be inspected. Well Michael I would love to contact you however that email is invalid. These are the games you all play.

I visited on December 9th, 2025, and the person who prepared my food forgot to add the carnitas meat. I noticed it about a minute after picking up my order. When I went back, I showed her my bowl and explained there wasn’t any meat in it. She told one of the other servers to give me some carnitas in one of those small plastic containers used for salsa.
That was really disappointing — I paid for a $10 bowl and received a portion of meat barely the size of two McDonald’s chicken nuggets. Everyone makes mistakes, but she didn’t apologize, and the small portion felt like an extra insult. Sadly, for the first time ever, I left a Chipotle location still hungry.
