You order in person and the person doesnt hear/care to follow instructions you give them. Causing me to either repeat myself multiple times or decide the option isnt worth it. Portioning is all over the place. You will get a half scoop of rice one time and the next get 2-3 scoops making it impossible to eat without spilling food everywhere. Speaking of rice, more often than not is undercooked causing it to be very tough. The only thing this location has going for it is simply that, location. Overall - This location simply doesnt care that much. Head over to the woodlands mall location if you want to have a nicer meal.
