My food is always cold when I leave Chipotle and I live 5 minutes drive. I haven't been here in years but decided to give it a chance. What a waste of my money and time. I got home after my short drive and the food was super cold. The Carne Asada was tough as a boot. Just gross. I'm not coming back, I learned my lesson. This location should really shut down. It's embarrassing.

Additionally they were out of half of the items and when I requested if they had anymore the women behind the counter gave me a look of disgust and replied “this is it” when there was a counter of fresh meat requested behind her. Furthermore I respected her answer and choose a different meat. I was then given half a spoon of meat when I was given 3 spoons of rice and when I asked for more I was charged double when the person infront of me got two DIFFERENT meats and wasn’t charged. Overall, disappointed on how the employee handled my order. As this happened on serval other items of choice.
