  Absolutely great experience. I came inside and was greeted, and they took my order quickly. The person who checked me out was extremely friendly and had a good energy. Overall I felt cared about and was respected, I would 100% come back here again

  I recently visited Charlie’s Cheesesteak and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The food was fine, but my interaction with one of the employees named Ty was very unpleasant. They were rude and dismissive, which made the visit uncomfortable. Good customer service goes a long way, and this experience did not reflect that. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

  The staff were kind and professional, they really made me feel welcomed. I ordered the bone-in wings, lemon pepper rub. The wings had the perfect crunchy skin and hot juicy meat. My wife ordered the regular Philly cheesteak, it came out hot and ready. The best part were the finger thick french fries. I will absolutely come back.

  Nothing beats wings and fries to kick off the weekend! Usually, you have to pay extra for the sides, but they were included here. The service was top-notch and you can tell the food is cooked to order. 10/10 recommend if you're in the area!
