These orders were for two different people and I specified each name (as the ordering system asks). There weren’t any names on the plates, then they put the buffalo chicken for the two different people together. They also had them all extra crispy instead of just one order. 3. They gave me the wrong wing flavor for one order.

The exceptional service I received needs to be acknowledged. I regret not getting the young lady's name(white female with glasses), but she was incredibly personable and respectful. This level of attention is a rare find, particularly in a fast food setting. The time was approximately 4:30 PM today. I truly hope her manager recognizes her for her outstanding work.
