Not only was the restaurant incredibly clean and well-kept, but the entire staff truly sets a high standard for customer service. Specifically, I have to give a massive shoutout to the night shift cook. My Philly Cheesesteak Meal with Cheesy Fries (which you can see in the picture) was absolutely phenomenal—the cheesesteak was fresh, loaded with toppings, and perfectly seasoned. He truly killed it in the kitchen, and it’s the kind of meal that deserves serious recognition. Beyond the incredible food, the team was polite, friendly, and demonstrated outstanding honesty. I actually witnessed one of the employees run out the door to return a customer’s purse that had been left behind. That level of integrity, combined with great food, makes Charley's stand out. Charley's has earned a loyal customer with this dedication to quality food and exceptional service. Highly recommend stopping by, especially if you catch the night crew!
