  This was our first and last time coming to this location. We ordered the 20 boneless wing bundle along with a 10pc boneless wing. The food was cold and hard. My husband went back inside and asked if the order could be replaced since it was too cold to eat. The cashier was rude and only stated that she would replace the fries so he told her he didn't have time to argue with her he would just send his wife in out of nowhere she states oh so you want her to beat me up and he said no maybe you can understand from her point of view that we spent too much money to not be able to enjoy it and when we go to Wingstop the manager addresses the problem right away. However we see at BWW it's totally different the employees don't care about the quality of the food and customer service. However when I went in she only remade the desert heat wings and fries versus the whole order with 20 wings and fries as well. The employees need to realize without quality food and customers they will be out of a job. I will continue to go to the 45 N location.

  I usually go elsewhere for wings, but this BWW location was excellent. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the menu options. The food was fresh and served hot. People often complain about fast food quality and service, but this experience was flawless. I’ll definitely be back to the Louetta location!"

  Decided to do an Uber eats order and get some wings...midway eating my food I almost swallowed a HAIR!!! I tried getting with Uber eats and no luck so I drove to the store...I did call before getting there and no answer.....got there and talk to a guy who apparently is the manager..i asked if they use hair nets??? He stated they use bww hats [baseball cap] I'm like with no hair net?!?! Cuz obviously that isnt doing anything....after a couple mins this girl comes from the back asking what happened so I repeated whats wrong and she said we cant refund you..by this time the guyis going to remake my food and the girl says we will charge you I said no, I already paid! She then looks at me and says in a very sarcastic tone " oh wow you got your way" i looked at her and said yes I did and if you were in my position you would be doing the same thing!! She looked like she wanted to come jump the counter to hit me.....when I asked the guy his name he wouldn't give it to me because he said he didn't want to...so I got the store number! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I'm hoping to speak to a general manager or someone above this people bc they obviously dislike their job and don't know a thing about customer service....

  After being hit over the head with millions of advertisements, I decided to give this place a try for the first time to eat while watching game 7 of the World Series. The good: Parking was easy. The bad: Staff saw me come into the store, three people working in the kitchen, no one moved a muscle for a solid four minutes. I get it, they're busy... but why be in business if you're not there to help someone that actually walks in? Paid 53 bucks for what amounted to one burger, 20 bone in wings 10 boneless wings with fries and wedges. You'd think it was a lot, it wasn't. The boneless wings were dry as hell making them inedible. The burger was surprisingly good for a place famous for chicken, but the amount of meat on the wings was pretty minuscule "for a place famous for wings" and the sauce was so much that it was impossible to taste any actual chicken. Fries and potato wedges were good. Overall I would give the food, price, quality and experience a 4/10 -- will not be back.

  This location is mainly Togo orders, I had the burger with bacon and cheese and was good better than other fast food places
