  Decided to do an Uber eats order and get some wings...midway eating my food I almost swallowed a HAIR!!! I tried getting with Uber eats and no luck so I drove to the store...I did call before getting there and no answer.....got there and talk to a guy who apparently is the manager..i asked if they use hair nets??? He stated they use bww hats [baseball cap] I'm like with no hair net?!?! Cuz obviously that isnt doing anything....after a couple mins this girl comes from the back asking what happened so I repeated whats wrong and she said we cant refund you..by this time the guyis going to remake my food and the girl says we will charge you I said no, I already paid! She then looks at me and says in a very sarcastic tone " oh wow you got your way" i looked at her and said yes I did and if you were in my position you would be doing the same thing!! She looked like she wanted to come jump the counter to hit me.....when I asked the guy his name he wouldn't give it to me because he said he didn't want to...so I got the store number! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I'm hoping to speak to a general manager or someone above this people bc they obviously dislike their job and don't know a thing about customer service....

  After being hit over the head with millions of advertisements, I decided to give this place a try for the first time to eat while watching game 7 of the World Series. The good: Parking was easy. The bad: Staff saw me come into the store, three people working in the kitchen, no one moved a muscle for a solid four minutes. I get it, they're busy... but why be in business if you're not there to help someone that actually walks in? Paid 53 bucks for what amounted to one burger, 20 bone in wings 10 boneless wings with fries and wedges. You'd think it was a lot, it wasn't. The boneless wings were dry as hell making them inedible. The burger was surprisingly good for a place famous for chicken, but the amount of meat on the wings was pretty minuscule "for a place famous for wings" and the sauce was so much that it was impossible to taste any actual chicken. Fries and potato wedges were good. Overall I would give the food, price, quality and experience a 4/10 -- will not be back.

  This location is mainly Togo orders, I had the burger with bacon and cheese and was good better than other fast food places

  I called three times and nobody answered, even though I could clearly see three employees working inside. When I arrived at the store, I tried calling again and saw for myself that they ignored the phone. It really feels like they don’t care about helping customers. Very disappointing experience. This was at 9:23 pm

  Walk in order. DO NOT DO THIS. Waited for over 30 minutes and they forgot my fries. Had to wait 10 minites longer for the fries, wings were cold by the time I got home. Watched 4 orders with fries go out after i had told them about jt. Definitely wouldn't call the large fry a large fry.
