I moved to Kingwood, TX from Charlotte, NC (home of Bojangles). I was sooo excited to try this location for the first time. I was quite pleased with my fries and sweet tea; however, my chicken filet was not fully cooked. It was about 5 minutes shy of being ready for consumption. This experience was disappointing; I will give this location one more try a little later. Hopefully, you all will get your cook times together or at a minimum invest in a food thermometer. You all aren’t even serving bone in chicken; to serve undercooked boneless chicken is unacceptable and a travesty!

Great if you want to get sick or have people put their fingers all in your drink cup or feel annoyed when you order two instead of only 1 meal on FEB 25 around 9 PM.

Like others have already hammered out, them not serving bone-in chicken is really a disservice and quite unfortunate that Texans won’t be able to have the full blown Bojangles experience unless they travel to other states. On the plus side, the tenders are quite good and come nicely seasoned. They also have a slight spice to them which I’m sure many Texans can appreciate. Today I had the Bo-rito and while it was overall ok, they really missed the mark on the tortilla. Fresh homemade tortillas can be found on every other block here in Houston with major influence from the Mexican community. So the fact these tortillas are so bad is really sacrilegious. At least contract the tortillas from a local business. Hell even HEB tortillas would do.
