- MMMarlon Moraga1 day ago1.0No creo ser un genio pero en este mundo tan competitivo por el buen servicio dudo mucho que este lugar o franquisia de hamburgesas dure mucho , fatal , la imagen que trasmiten alguno empleados lucen como chicos salidos de programas de rehabilitacion y que no quieren salir de ese ciclo (esa es la impresion que me dio ) , me lo esperaba mucho mejor , como un IN AND OUT pero andan lejos , ni modo por ser una nueva marca , arrancaron con el pies izquierdo , el piso sucio , la mesas sucias , el lugar no tiene buen olor , lugar de sodas y te salpicado de muchos reciduos , en sintesis , los chicos vienen a cumplir un horario y no un servicio y no darle la calidad que amerita. Saludos y perdieron dos clientes

I ordered them, they turned out to be very juicy, fresh, hot and tasty. I wish there was one closer to where I lived, but this one is about 20 minutes out.

To the Owner: what part of this do you not understand????? Horrible, untrained staff. Each time I was there, the cashier did not know how to place my order--each time they had to call the manager. When I had the survey coupon, the manager had no idea what it was and did not honor it. Customer Service 800# does not cover this location. I am instructed instead to use the online complaint form. NO ONE EVER CONTACTS US!!!!!
