  Maybe this place is just better for breakfast? We went through the drive-thru and that was... something. I don't really mind the AI taking the order, it does fine. But it is annoying when it's asking "Will that complete your order?" After every other thing when you're ordering for six people like me. But the real kicker is the display menu that changes, never showing you the whole menu at once. That makes for a very annoying first time ordering experience. It's also just a baffling choice to me because this place has a pretty simple menu (at least for lunch/dinner anyway) that I see no reason why it couldn't all be displayed at once and why I need to wait seconds in-between for it to go back to the section I need to see. We went through here during lunch time. Two of my kids weren't very hungry so I just ordered two extra fries, didn't find out until we got home that they didn't put either in the bag so we paid for nothing for those. They also didn't put a single napkin in the bag which is odd for a drive thru order. The food itself was... okay. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and it wasn't bad but I can't say it was anything beyond any other fast food grilled chicken sandwich. My kids didn't care for the fries but did like the mac and cheese. The best thing I can say for this place is that their house ranch was pretty good and their Dr. Pepper crisp. Other than that I was underwhelmed and after the drive thru experience I wouldn't go during lunch again unless I was going to sit down inside so I could correct any order mistakes right away. Maybe I'll try the breakfast in the future when it's just me in the car and I'll have more success with a small order.

  Everything was so yummy!! So glad you guys serve breakfast all day. Everything was fresh and Erica our cashier that checked us out was amazing!! Bojangles biscuits are the best!! 🤗

  First time at bojangles. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. The cashier Erica was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for my family. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Will definitely be back soon.

  I don't understand what all the hype was about. Went to the drive thru for breakfast. Prices are a little high for fast food breakfast. I ordered the chicken and biscuit after finding out they can't scramble your eggs. How can someone that's on the grill can't scramble an egg. It's 10 year kids that can do that. But to this lack luster breakfast $7 for the chicken biscuit and I got the blueberry Icing biscuit. Nothing was good. That chicken must be pork or something because the inside was dark. Chicken supposed to be white in the inside. Definitely not going back. Whataburger and Chic fil a is way better and they have real chicken

  This review is long overdue! I’m from Charlotte NC so I grew up on Bojangles. I was disappointed that you all don’t have bone-in chicken down here but I’ve settled for the Bi-Chicken biscuit. My daughter gets a large or medium fry & I ALWAYS get a fresh Bo-Chicken biscuit with fresh seasoned fries & a sweet tea. I never mind waiting for fresh food but every other restaurant I go to, they have attitudes about making it fresh. But let me tell you about the manager Dee & Raven! They don’t play about the food that comes out of that restaurant and if they ARE NOT there & something happened previously they fix it. They recognize me by my voice & i love that for me. It’s like everyone there is already hip to how I want my food. I just love love love them so much. Everyone there. My food is always 10/10!! Next time I’ll do the survey but I went this morning as well.
