I return the call and no one answers (called multiple times). Turns out they had a cake ready, but I had no idea as nobody contacted me about pick up. I go pick up the cake days later to only find out it wasn't what I had ordered. FYI I ordered vanilla cake not confetti cake (allergic to sprinkles). Super disappointing and a waste of money.

I told her I wanted a 3 scoop cup with coffee, cherry, and choco chip (I don’t remember the exact names) She then preceded to get my ice cream, I didn’t watch her scoop it. I paid for it and went to go eat it. As soon as I took a bite I knew it was the wrong flavor, I took it to the counter AFTER I had eaten from it and said this was wrong, she then told me that I had the flavors mixed up and that it was the right flavor. I then asked her to just toss the scoop on top and put the right flavor. She grabbed the cup then proceeded to scoop the ice cream that I ATE from into the “Sanitary” ice cream. So disgusting, no food safety. I will never go back to that location.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
