- ACAntoua'nette CNov 7, 20251.0Everytime I have attempted to visit this location on 2920, the inside is never open. There's a note on the door that says drive-thru only per management. Went through the drive-thru attempted to order a waffle bowl from Baskin-Robbins, NO WAFFLE BOWLS, I left. Another time we went, the note was on the door and there wasn't anyone even in the building to take an orderin the drive-thru, but it was during operating hours. It's really unfortunate. Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin are usually associated with great memories, this location doesn't give any of that. It would be nice if you guys would fix what's broken and get back to living up to the names on the signs outside.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
