Yay for easy access but I give condolences to my husband's wallet. My one year old son and I come here often and everytime has been a good experience. All of the staff have been very friendly and sweet. My son likes to ride his little red car there and I bring it in to make sure it doesn't get stolen and they've never complained about it. I feel they make effort to do their job right. For instance, last night we were in the drive through and it appeared they were training a new employee. The girl that was checking us out sent back the cup with a single scoop of ice cream because it didn't have the proper amount. I appreciate how friendly they are. I'm one tired momma 90% of the time and it's nice to know that everytime I go my order won't be a hassle, it's done correctly literally every time, and I'll see some friendly people. It can sure be a pick me up If your kiddo is throwing you for a loop that day lol.

The lights were off on the drive thru menu so we decided to just go inside where we could see the menu. There were no customers inside, so not sure why we had to wait in the drive thru. They were missing about 50% of their ice cream. We asked about a banana split and were told “we don’t do that here.” Also, no waffle cones. We left and went to the one on sawdust (it’s great). Also, another time we tried to come here, before closing, they had already put all the tables on the chairs and locked the doors.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
