They make you come in to get a pickup order, they're "not allowed" to hand it to you through the drive-thru. So you have to go in and wait in line behind everyone else. Just go to Handel's. It's three minutes away and they have a manager who understands what the definition of customer service is. Couldn't be more disappointed in the managerial incompetence.

She was messy as well with the chocolate fudge on my brownie sundae I had to convince her to please clean the cup off before handing it to me. She took forever to ring up the order as if she was having memory loss. Both of the servers moved really slow as the store was packed

I waited 30 minutes total and part of that went back outside to the car while I waited for them to start the order then tried to go through the drive-through because it started storming and they told me I had to come in and get it seems like the manager is just sitting in the back doing absolutely nothing while the place is packed and one girl is making ice cream and the girl working drive-through is the slowest most incompetent person I’ve ever encountered Save your time money and experience and just go to Handel’s ice cream.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
