They make you come in to get a pickup order, they're "not allowed" to hand it to you through the drive-thru. So you have to go in and wait in line behind everyone else. Just go to Handel's. It's three minutes away and they have a manager who understands what the definition of customer service is. Couldn't be more disappointed in the managerial incompetence.

She was messy as well with the chocolate fudge on my brownie sundae I had to convince her to please clean the cup off before handing it to me. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
