- MRMalcolm RNov 14, 20251.0If you’re planning a special occasion, save yourself the headache and skip this place entirely. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Donuts location. I ordered a cake a full week in advance for my child’s 5th birthday with a Hello Kitty cake topper. When I picked it up, the topper was wrinkled and poorly applied, completely ruining the appearance of a cake meant for a special celebration. When I raised the issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and offered absolutely no resolution. For a children’s birthday cake—something that should be handled with care—this lack of professionalism is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I also ordered iced lattes from the Dunkin’ Donuts inside the same establishment. They were made with excessive milk, no caramel, and barely any coffee. It basically tasted like an iced cup of milk. Yet another example of poor quality and lack of care all around. I will not be returning to this location and strongly recommend others avoid the entire establishment to prevent the same disappointment.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
