I asked for the glaze donut holes because I had them last time and it was so good. surprisingly they were out of it and not only were they out of the glazed ones, but the other options were low in stock as well. I ultimately got a different flavor despite my disappointment, but upon biting into it, I realized it was cold and hard. I thought the bad reviews were not true because I had a good first experience, but my second experience was disappointing. It’s not even close to the time they close, so I was just confused how none of the workers looked concerned with making any more.

The drink didn’t have any of the sugar or cream added and my sandwich did not have the extra bacon. Today went through again and it was the same. Didn’t get a straw had to ask for one , no napkins and my sandwich again did NOT have the extra bacon. The African American girl at the window is not friendly at all and seems to not want to be accommodating at all ! She needs a new job not in customer service.
