  Call in order, they understood my payment info but couldn't understand my address!! Was charged 46 bucks and had to fight to get it back. Repeated address 5..... 5 times in slow and in plain english. When it was time to deliver, they didn't understand english, when it was time to pay it was clear as day. Btw she took payment before delivery address.

  Not the best dominos. Try to order somewhere else. They confuse orders and then do nothing to help or correct the problem.

  Horrible service. Today at 1:12 PM, I arrived and walked into the store, but there wasn't a single person there to help me. I stood waiting there until a woman finally decided to assist me—but she had a terrible attitude and absolutely no manners. She was awful—extremely rude and ill-mannered. Never again at Little Caesars. The person who served me today, April 21, 2026, at 1:12 PM, was absolutely terrible

  So i ordered online, 2, 3 topping pizzas. I ended up getting 1 cheese pizza. I initially called up there and was told there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the manager and a young black boy hung up in my face. Keep in mind i order the same pizza, never switch up. I decided to go to the store Im met with the young man who hung in my face. He passed me off to the “assistant manager” Sid aka Sidney. She had a stone blank stare and went on to say it was nothing that could be done. Offering a soda credit. I asked her for someone over her. She went on to state that she was the only one to talk to. Went on to charge me for another pizza by then i didn’t want it. I hear “who wants a free pizza” the “mgr” Sidney to her co workers instead of accommodating a customer. The customer service has gone downhill at this location.

  This place use to be awesome , now it seems like the customer service has gone down with the quality of the food , they also take forever now , I live down the street too , the excuse is they are short staffed , last time my pizza was a mess and cold , the app says my food is delivered but it’s not , don’t make me start calling Pizza Hut or papa John’s , as a matter a fact this is the last time I call this place
