  People come here on their 30 minute lunch breaks to get something to eat. You have people waiting in line for 20+ minutes so that by the time they get to the front, you say youre only accepting cash at the time. You could have told me that before wasting my time here. This is the 3rd time having some sort of time issue with y'all. You arent considerate of your patrons time especially during lunch time. Hope yall go out of business

  I went in at 9pm (they close at 10pm) and there was barely any food left. I understand most establishments start closing and cleaning about half an hour before closing, but there was a whole hour remaining. The lady seemed unsure how to fold my burrito and ended up making holes in it causing it to split. They did not have straws at the counter.

  Should probably just close at 8pm instead of 10pm, cuz I arrived at 8:30 and this is what it looked like. No white rice, No ice, no vegetables, All the employees were rushing to get their tasks done. Maybe they're having a problem with high labor and trying to save time by cleaning early. 🤷

  On 4/1/2026....Guacamole turned black in 7 hours...smh.. couldn't even eat it. I had just purchased it about 1 p.m.

  I regret to inform everyone that this Chipotle order caused both emotional and physical damage. My friend (pregnant, I might add) ordered Chipotle on DoorDash during our nursing shift and was so excited to go pick it up that when she turned around, she face-punched a pole at full speed. The pole won. Immediate bloody nose. Instant dizziness. Chipotle hadn’t even been eaten yet and we were already doing patient care. After her nursing team (us) stabilized her and escorted her back to the unit, she finally sat down to enjoy the Chipotle she had literally bled for. She took one bite…and said it was the worst Chipotle she’s ever had. The rice was tough. The vibes were off. The emotional damage was severe. So to recap this Chipotle experience: • One nurse face-punched by a pole • One bloody nose • One disappointing burrito with tough rice •hungry baby • Zero joy Honestly, after the physical sacrifice that went into retrieving this meal, that bowl should have been life-changing. Instead it was just life-injuring. Sad day for healthcare workers everywhere.
