    Came by a couple weeks ago and totally felt the need to leave a review. Staff were super friendly and impressively quick! I also didn't want to commit to trying the new sandwich and then they literally offered it to me! Awesome stuff yall

    The drive thru girl gave me wrong order , snatched it back i was overcharged for a Gatorade she took it back shoved my order in my face I didn't realize the shove of my drinks and food was hard enough to puncture a hole in my order shake when I was driving it leaked in my car I had to go back to get sauces and a cup to catch the remains of my melting shake . The mgr said I was going to get a refund 3 days ago but he didnt I guess he forgot

    The night crew respectfully needs to get it together. We’ve been waiting at the front of the line for 10mins. All i heard was unprofessional conversation going and just told be told to wait on the side for our food. I come almost everyday and the morning/afternoon crew is ALWAYS on top of it. The lines run smooth. I’m not sure if management is on shift at these times but i will know not to come at night time. I just got my food at 9:29pm after waiting for what felt like 39mins. Hudson the manager does not know how to properly run a team. it was one girl that was bagging quickly and i felt so bad for her. i should’ve thanked her for getting our food quick after i went inside and said something but i was so angry by that point i just grabbed my bag and walked out. This place needs new management IMMEDIATELY. Do yall not have regional directs or district managers that inspect the night shift? There’s multiple negative reviews about this happening so what the action plan for this location? This is ridiculous.

    Chick fil A, I feel absolutely disgusted, frustrated, and extremely upset after the experience I had tonight. The entire situation was ridiculous from start to finish, and it is honestly shocking that this is how this Chick-fil-A location is being run. I have always known Chick-fil-A for great service, professionalism, and quality food, but tonight I felt like none of that mattered and that I was not important as a customer at all. I arrived at the Chick-fil-A on FM 2920 at 8:12 PM after placing a mobile order through the app. When we got into the drive-thru line, we were told that our order was not in their system, even though we had already paid for it and showed them that the payment had already been taken from our card. Instead of fixing the situation, we were told that their system was down and that the payment would “roll back,” which was extremely frustrating because the money had clearly already been taken. We stayed in the drive-thru line and waited about 25 minutes just to get to the window. When we finally got there, the manager said he was unsure what to do about the rewards that were used on the order and simply handed me a fry reward as if that would fix the issue. At that point we were already aggravated but just wanted to get our food and leave. The manager then took our order again at the window and charged us a second time, and we were told to pull forward to Parking Spot #3 to wait for our food. We then waited in the parking lot for around 45 minutes, and no one came out to check on us or bring the order. After waiting nearly an hour, I had to go inside myself to ask where our food was. When I went inside, the manager walked over to the drive-thru window, grabbed a bag that had apparently been sitting there the entire time, and tried to hand it to me. The food had clearly been sitting there for a long time. When I told him I did not want food that had been sitting there and that I wanted it fresh, he laughed and then told his employees they could eat that food and said they would remake the order. Even after handing him the receipt from the order he personally took at the window, the food was still made incorrectly. I then had to stand inside and wait another 25 minutes for them to remake the food again. While I was inside waiting, I also noticed employees eating food during their shifts and even taking food near the restroom area to eat, which was extremely unprofessional and concerning to see while customers were still waiting long periods of time for their orders. To make matters even worse, when we finally got home at 9:42 PM, we opened the food and it was still incorrect, and the chicken sandwich was not even fully cooked. The chicken looked raw and completely disgusting. At that point there was absolutely no way I was going to eat that food. I took multiple photos of the food showing how undercooked and poorly made it was, and I will be providing those photos as proof of what we received after waiting all that time. This entire experience completely ruined my night. From arriving at 8:12 PM and not getting home until 9:42 PM, all for incorrect food that was not even cooked properly, the entire situation was unacceptable. The excessive wait times, the double charge, the lack of organization, and the unprofessional behavior from the staff, especially the manager, made it clear that customers were not a priority. I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted by this entire experience. This is not the level of service or food quality people expect from Chick-fil-A. Something seriously needs to be addressed at this location because this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. At this point, I would like to speak with corporate regarding this situation because what happened tonight is completely unacceptable. I will also be attaching the photos of the food so this situation can be properly reviewed. I will not be returning to this location for a very long-time!
