He was seriously the best employee and we will totally be back at this location.

I arrived to pick up an order and was politely told to wait, which I respected. However, shortly after, one of your employees shouted “No, no” at me loudly in front of customers. This behavior was inappropriate, disrespectful, and unacceptable. We all deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I am not raising this to create conflict, but to ensure this kind of behavior is addressed and does not happen again.
