  Bland bland bland. They didn't sauce the wings enough and over cooked them in the fryer. Dry and tough. 🗑 🗑 🗑

  Rarely am I so loved by customer service but Jasmine really made my day. When I arrived, she informed me upfront that they only had flats. She gave me several options to try and accommodate me and that really showed that she wanted to go above and beyond. She’s really sweet and has positive attitude. Keep being great Jasmine and continue having a positive attitude

  You can expect excellence from the wait staff and floor managers; not the food. Look forward to long wait times and abysmal food. I watched multiple people leave due to 40+ min wait times. I was about to leave myself before my food came out; not what I ordered. Not only was my order wrong, it was a mix of temperatures. The wait staff was amazing, but its evident that the kitchen is severely lacking in every aspect.

  This was our first and last time coming to this location. We ordered the 20 boneless wing bundle along with a 10pc boneless wing. The food was cold and hard. My husband went back inside and asked if the order could be replaced since it was too cold to eat. The cashier was rude and only stated that she would replace the fries so he told her he didn't have time to argue with her he would just send his wife in out of nowhere she states oh so you want her to beat me up and he said no maybe you can understand from her point of view that we spent too much money to not be able to enjoy it and when we go to Wingstop the manager addresses the problem right away. However we see at BWW it's totally different the employees don't care about the quality of the food and customer service. However when I went in she only remade the desert heat wings and fries versus the whole order with 20 wings and fries as well. The employees need to realize without quality food and customers they will be out of a job. I will continue to go to the 45 N location.

  I usually go elsewhere for wings, but this BWW location was excellent. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the menu options. The food was fresh and served hot. People often complain about fast food quality and service, but this experience was flawless. I’ll definitely be back to the Louetta location!"
