  Complete joke. We walked in around 6:15 and someone supposedly took our name. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked what's the holdup and they said they were getting a table ready. By the way, half the tables in the restaurant were empty. Another 10 minutes passed and someone asked who were were and we were never put on the list. I lost it and we walked out. The manager at this place needs to be replaced. Total nonsense and waste of my Friday night.

  this has to be the WORST BWWs in America, the food was awful, the service from the female bartender was terrible and the place looks dirty

  I ordered some food also appetizers and since I ordered a lot of food I didn't finished my appetizer beacuse the brought my food together with my appetizers so I ate my food instead beacuse I didn't want to get cold and when I finished eating I was trying to take the appetizers because I got full.and the bartender told me that I can't take something that I paid for beacuse it's on the many this is so stupid But I guess you guys take it back to the kitchen and used it again with another client Also you service is horrible

  I came in for a to-go order and was looking for deals. The woman at the front (I didn’t catch her name) was super nice, had a huge smile the whole time, and was really put together with a head scarf. She helped me find some really great deals and made the whole experience feel so warm and welcoming. I’ve been here a few times before, and while the service can feel a little routine, she truly stood out. The food here has always been amazing, but she made my visit extra special. Everytime she is working I actually get greeted so shoutout to her!

  Walking into the location at exactly 3:00 no hostess in the front to great or seat you immediately we waited approximately 15min for someone to notice we were standing in front of the door to be seated one girl who was a waitress saw us multiple times and not one time did she come up to the front or call someone until finally someone came from the back and let the hostess know there was people waiting. Finally we sit waitress comes hands us or menu and ask for our drinks we.place out order which we got the 16.99 platter that allows you to choose 4 or 5 items we ordered an appetizer as well that never came out until out food did our food came out I kid you not 45min after I don't know what the waitress was doing the manager with the attitude brought our order our food was soooo cold the mozzarella sticks were still stuck together frozen the potato wedges burnt but crispy our boneless wing sauce were cold waitress didn't come to our table once to ask if we needed a refill or if our food was good she finally comes by because the slider had.slme kind of sauce on it and I asked her she said I should have read the menu I specifically showed her that on the menu from what we ordered doesn't show that the sliders have any sauce she proceeds to tell me that I should have looked at the actual menu item and then says well I can put in a new order but you'll have to pay I said nope it's fine she says well just scrape it off my burger she not once asked if we wanted the manager I just asked to bring the bill so we can go personally we love bdubs this location has always been an issue so we stopped going a long time ago we went to shop around the strip and decided we wanted wings and gave it another try I'll go to a different location from now on very disappointed
