  The chicken a little grainy. Fries to salty it gave me headache. Biscuits are real good. Milk Shakes all milk not substance at all, even had them remake it and the same thing. Ratio formula need to change for the shakes.

  First time trying will have to say loved all of it. I got there chicken and fried steak biscuits so juicy and butter. Got a order of there bo-berry bicuits oh my lordy is all i gotta say will be back

  Today me and my coworker decided to try Bojangles for the first time. I was very disappointed from the time we picked up our order to the time I took my first bite. Bojangles have a long way to go if they are thinking of competing with the big boys here in Texas. The order was incomplete, missing lettuce when I paid for it (no big deal) but the taste in my opinion was yuck. The chicken had no flavor, tasted as if someone just took a chicken breast and just coated with flour, cornstarch and fried it. No flavor none at all. I am sure to some Bojangles food tastes fine but I wonder why would someone pay for food to be like hospital food and one has to add flavor with buffalo sauce or ketchup.

  I ordered via the drive thru. The lady taking my order did not sound so happy. I ordered 4 chicken tenders. The order was not ready when I reached the pick-up window, and I was told to park in one of the drive thru waiting spots. The spots were already occupied by the 2 cars that ordered ahead of me. waited at the end of the drive thru until a space cleared. As I was parking another young lady was bringing out my order. She was kind and more upbeat. WELL, here is where it goes further downhill...I was given spicy tenders that were overcooked therefore dry. Spent over $8 for dissatisfaction. I am a long time Bojangles patron from the MD area, so I know the quality that they provide. I am just sad that TX will not experience the goodness of the actual bone-in chicken. I will wait awhile before I try again.

  Young lady at the counter who took our order was great. I do feel like tgis place is overrated and not good at all. I believe the only thing i would come back for is the bo berry shake and maybe the bo berry biscuits and chicken sandwich. The mac n cheese was very plainwith no flavor, biscuits as thick as popeyes, snd the sausagr was weird tasting. I was very unimpressed and most likely will not be back. Truly feel i wasyed $32
