  Probably the worst speed of service I’ve had at a Bojangles. Front counter service itself wasn’t bad, but that quickly stopped mattering once the food came out. The biscuits were disappointing both times. I’m not sure if they had been sitting too long or were barely warmed, but the Bo-Berry biscuits came out stiff and cold enough that I asked for a fresh order and the SECOND batch came out the same way. The fries were overloaded with seasoning — not in a good way. A small order felt like an entire day’s sodium intake. Oddly enough, the only thing that came out hot and fresh was the gravy. For the wait time, the overall quality was far below what Bojangles should be. Cold biscuits, inconsistent food prep, and lackluster all around. I’m sure this location doesn’t represent the brand well, and management needs to tighten standards because right now the operation feels poorly controlled.

  Employee was on there phone while touching the sandwich wrap wich is unsanitary. The employee didnt want to wear gloves because her nails were too long. AI Drive through needs improvement. I ordered extra seasoning i didn't get extra seasoning. Good food though.

  I love the bojangles at 249 and 99 but this location is terrible. I went through the drive thru and it was a robot taking my order which I thought was wierd then when the robot asked if they was it I said yes. The robot didn't hear me so I yelled yes. Then a working popped on the intercom and aggressively said she heard you, you don't need to yell. I pulled up and the person at the window was very nice but she asked her co workers if they were ok bc it felt hostile in there. Then a girl (which I am assume is the same girl) was going off about me while I could hear her. The girl at the window shut it. I was completely taking back by how rude this was over a raised voice to a robot. The biscuit were not a fluffy as the other location and the fries where cold and needed more seasoning. The chicken was good though. Overall will not return to this location bc of the rudeness and not caring if I heard her talk shit about me.

  Texans may find the portions smallish but the biscuit dishes here are good for fast food and most of the combos will run $10 or less, which is amazing in the post Covid world. Atmosphere is just fast food functional and it's too cold inside, but I'd come again for a quick bite if I'm in the area.
