Went through the drive-thru attempted to order a waffle bowl from Baskin-Robbins, NO WAFFLE BOWLS, I left. Another time we went, the note was on the door and there wasn't anyone even in the building to take an orderin the drive-thru, but it was during operating hours. It's really unfortunate. Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin are usually associated with great memories, this location doesn't give any of that. It would be nice if you guys would fix what's broken and get back to living up to the names on the signs outside.

On top of that , your young employees who spent 90% of the time smoking and other 10% shutting down the dining room forcing customers to come to drive through. Where one can keep repeating orders to three different people and still repeat the order just to know “we don’t have that flavor”. Very disgusting service and it’s about time you fix your hot fudge machine!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
