I always leave this store in a good mood. Each server is been very helpful and friendly. I normally go and ask for them to surprise me with a drink and they always deliver!! I recently visited and one of the workers, Anthony, had such a great attitude and made my experience that much better. His drink suggestion was delicious, too!!!!

My wife and I had been coming to this location since it opened, but we heard about a change in management sometime last year, and we’ve noticed a big difference in this location. The most shocking change was the employees themselves. They used to seem genuinely excited to be there, and it made the experience feel personal. But since this management change, we’ve noticed that the employees seem stressed out and overworked. My wife and I both have been told, “Sorry for the wait we are understaffed.” Neither one of us cares about the wait, we’re just concerned that you can tell these employees are not being taken care of. Staff more people for your employees’ sake. The manager needs to do better. Happy employees = Happy customers!
Anthony is literally the coolest dude i’ve met, He and naomi provided an amazing first experience. I got off the airplane and was immediately met with these two amazing workers, Banging drink, free stickers, borderline friendship. AND a new fav coffee place
I was here a few weeks ago and the manager on duty, Emma, was berating a staff member in the open, completely unprofessional, after 20+ years in customer service and 10+ in management this is a sure fire way to lose good staff and at least myself as a customer.
I came through this location on Friday March 27th during the morning hours, And while waiting at front table the employee had let me know she was going to hand out a drink that was already ready for a car or two behind and who i’m assuming was the manager came out yelling in front of everyone outside for her leaving her area.
The poor girl looked humiliated and was so shocking to watch someone be spoke to that way.
I’m a frequent regular here, And these poor employees always look stressed out always giving apologies for understaffing and long waits and i’m not surprised with seeing first hand how management is treating them. Such sweet employees always. It’s sad to see them be mistreated and the nerve to do it in front of your customers. Most likely will not be giving my money to this company going forward after seeing this.
