Every visit is frustrating, the employees obviously hate their job and the customers too, especially if you order within 3 hours of closing time. I'm tired of the "I just work here" attitude, there is no point in modifying your order to your liking or paying extra for add-ons because they serve what they want, how they want and get mad at the customer when they have to make the order again because they didn't do it right the first time. Oh and they tell me to keep the meal because they're just going to toss it anyway. That's not the point. I dont want free giveaways, I just want my meal cooked right. I never have this issue at any wing chain anywhere else. To the owner, I hope you see this and realize how much food your employees waste, and how many customers you are losing by the other reviews I've read with the same experience as mine. Your staff is incredibly rude, from the moment we call in an order to the very moment I'm ignored by 3 employees while Im calling them, tapping the counter, yelling out for their attention for something they left out on my order. Worst location ever and I will avoid this place at all cost.

Unfortunately the customer service on the phone was incredibly rude. I asked for fries and queso (I don’t know the menu but seriously, maybe correct me and say, “we don’t have queso but we have a cheese dip”) the employee seemed confused, put out and responded with attitude. When I politely asked for her name, her response was simply, “Why?” Then proceeded to say Chloe. I seriously thought she was joking…she wasn’t. Customer service matters. Experiences like this really make you think twice about where you spend your money.

Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
