  I asked how long it would take to get my burgers and they said 5 minutes it was done in less thanks guys, the young lady who gave me a cup for water and a straw was very nice and the gentleman who took my order rocked thank you God bless

  I had a very concerning experience at this location today (4/7 around 2:12 PM). I was in the drive-thru with my dad and my young son. At the pickup window, the employee didn’t respond when my dad greeted him. He handed us our drinks with a large stack of napkins and said, “you don’t deserve these napkins” and “I should throw these at you,” then proceeded to throw them into our car, hitting my dad in the face. This was completely unprofessional and honestly felt aggressive. I spoke with the manager on duty, who apologized but said this was not the first incident involving this employee that day—which is even more concerning. Seeing that another customer experienced something similar today confirms this wasn’t a one-off situation. No one should be treated this way, especially with a child in the car. I will not be returning to this location.

  The guy at the window threw a handful of napkins at my face at the window and laughed and said here some napkins. I heard him tell someone else about it in the back as I’m cleaning up the napkins thrown in my car and when I tried to call to at least tell a manager about it, it was just dial tone. The place was clean but I did not appreciate having something thrown in my face at the drive thru. I then had to sit there awkwardly as he laughed at what he had done since I had not yet gotten my food. I had also asked for some sauces which he rolled his eyes at me for then went to the back to tell them about my sauces overall a horrible experience with this employee.

  I took my son inside to get an ice cream cone as a sweet treat and little date just the two of us. The girl who took our order at the counter was very polite. She let me know that their ice cream machine was currently down. (Insert McDonald’s Meme Here). But that we could still get a shake. And a manager standing nearby overheard our conversation and he asked if my son likes Oreos. And that he could help us out. Long story short, I didn’t catch this man’s name, tall man in a nice white shirt and very respectful. He made sure we had a pleasant experience even though we didn’t get the cone, we were generously helped with an alternative. The dining area was very clean and stocked. The girl who took our order, was also walking around cleaning tables and countertops while my son enjoyed his ice cream. I give this 4/5 stars for food, because the ice cream was runny. But I’m glad the staff were honest and helpful and my son still got his sweet treat!

  Received excellent customer service tonight from a young man named Michael. Used to have a bad impression of this location but he certainly made us view it in a better light
