It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     45 minutes for 1 burger. Not a meal, not several items. 1 burger. Middle of the afternoon, not normal rush hour or anything. I can get a full meal at a restaurant for my family of 4 faster than that. This isn’t the first time either, this location is slow as molasses.

    Went here on Thanksgiving day. The individual taking the orders was outgoing and friendly, he had clear communication and took the order seamlessly. The food came out for our family of 6 quickly and was all very fresh, we even got a bag! We were eating in the parking lot and noticed we didn’t get ketchup they quickly stepped into action and even went a step further to correct it for upcoming customers. We had to take a potty break and everything inside was clean as well. Happy holidays! Thank you for working and making it a great dinner.
