Chuck has helped me out a few times now and he’s just a pleasant guy. Only downfall is they ran out of brisket once and turkey one other time i had been here. Other than that, great to have this BBQ option.

My only complaint was that my meat came out closer to room temperature than I would have liked. I had no intention of complaining and was probably just going to write a middle of the road review. Maria, our server, without any prompting, came over and asked how things were and I told her that the food was delicious but it was just a little bit cold. I think the aluminum trays and the time of year have more to do with it than anything. Anyway, Maria made it right and showed a near entrepreneurial fervor in assuring Patron satisfaction.
