    My husband went to redeem his birthday sandwich this afternoon. He ordered a #5, got home, and there was no meat on his sandwich?!? Just bread, lettuce, onion and tomato. It’s like they didn’t finish making the sandwich and just wrapped it up and sent him on his way. Such a disappointment.

    I sincerely wish NO STARS was an option!!! The customer service...actually lack of customer service...I received yesterday was disgusting considering what you pay at this place. I regret now not taking photos like everyone else did. 11/30/25 between 2:28-2:52pm I returned to the Spring Branch location with a regular #4. My daughter ordered it without lettuce and tomato in error. I opened that sandwich on the counter revealing 2- 1/2 slices of Turkey that you could see thru and 2 slices of provolone the same way...the meat/cheese didn't even cover the whole roll!!!! I explained I don't ask for anything for free...but I do expect to, at the very least, get what I paid for! Can you explain to me what we just paid over $8 for???? The BOY behind the counter looked at my receipt and looked at the sandwich and said, "those are our portions ma'am. " I looked at him in utter shock and disgust..."are you serious? It doesn't even cover the bread!" He said, "those are our portions. I can put the lettuce and tomato on for you?" ON WHAT...A ROLL BARELY DAMPENED WITH MAYO AND A SPRINKLING OF CHEESE AND TURKEY????? No thank you I said as I balled it up and threw it away! I was too disgusted to eat at that point! If these KIDS had any pride at all in the job they do OR the company they work for...AND HAD A SMIDGE OF KNOWLEDGE AS TO WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS... THE PROPER RESPONSE WOULD HAVE BEEN "I'M SO SORRY MA'AM...LET ME REMAKE THAT FOR YOU." or the other 2 "workers" standing there listening and watching...could have already started making a new sandwich. SHAME ON YOU JIMMY JOHNS FOR NOT TEACHING BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND HIRING BETTER!! Once Jersey Mike's opens...I give you a couple months tops...you'll be closing your doors!!! Jersey Mike's knows proper portions and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

    I have been to this location several times recently. Basically I always have the Spicy Italian & love it. I have also had the Chicken Caesar wrap a couple of times & it was good. I will say it might depend on who’s making your sandwich or wrap on how full it is with meat. Lately it seems like the 8” sandwich has been shrinking. I hope it was just a fluke because a sandwich for almost $10 is not cheap! But I’ll continue to go as long as they stay consistent! Also service has been good every time I have gone.

    I was so disappointed with my Roast Beef with extra meat I had to order another one from Subway the same way. I took a picture of the sandwiches and reciepts, both were $11 - $12 dollars but look at the difference in the pictures. Also I am not a huge subway fan, I find Jersey Mike's superior to all others, bit Jimmy definitely comes in dead last.

    Ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips. They messed up 2 of the sandwiches and forgot one of the bags of chips. Being fast is cool... but being accurate is better....
