They really need to do somthing about the sonic here terrible service I order a bacon smash burger i get no bacon I let them know then they have the manager I guess come out and bring me bacon in a bag bacon was ice cold as well as my burger at this point I was over it and asked for a refund the fact that the manager is the one that handle this situation is crazy iv had issues here at this sonic before on top of that they never have sonic ice

Everything is usually good. Yes some mistakes are made but they make it right. Everyone makes mistakes. As along as they fix it no problem. God bless yall have a good day!

This isn’t the first time we’ve had rude service at this Sonic.
The first time, we arrived about 10 minutes before closing. While we were deciding (less than two minutes) at the speaker, the lights were turned off without anyone letting us know they could no longer take our order.
The second time, we were given the wrong soda.
This third time, while I was ordering and adding another meal, the employee suddenly gave me the total for only the first two items and stopped responding, cutting me off mid-order. When I asked to cancel, the response had a clear attitude. I repeated three times that I needed to cancel, but she kept saying she couldn’t hear me. At that point, I said I didn’t need the meals anymore, thanked her, and drove away.
Unfortunately, this location has been consistently unprofessional.
