- AMAnna MorenoJan 2, 20261.0This isn’t the first time we’ve had rude service at this Sonic. The first time, we arrived about 10 minutes before closing. While we were deciding (less than two minutes) at the speaker, the lights were turned off without anyone letting us know they could no longer take our order. The second time, we were given the wrong soda. This third time, while I was ordering and adding another meal, the employee suddenly gave me the total for only the first two items and stopped responding, cutting me off mid-order. When I asked to cancel, the response had a clear attitude. I repeated three times that I needed to cancel, but she kept saying she couldn’t hear me. At that point, I said I didn’t need the meals anymore, thanked her, and drove away. Unfortunately, this location has been consistently unprofessional.
